Woodspring Suites Tamarac

My belongings were thrown away without notice when I attempted to extend my stay. The embarrassment and waste were disheartening, as there was no communication regarding my reservation.

Everything was simply perfect. All in all it's nice hotel, we had an EXCELLENT stay here. Venue's staff were very friendly. Location: the hotel was not far from tamarac and Deerfield beach fl and common areas/elevator. It also was in a commercial area.

Totally recommend for a weekend stopover

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, including free Wi-Fi and free parking, made my stay enjoyable, and the location being 35 km from the nearest airport is a definite plus for weekend travelers.

The Standard Queen Room was spacious and featured a well-equipped kitchenette, which greatly facilitated meal preparation during my work trip. The location was also very convenient, close to shopping areas.

My stay felt challenged by a rude staff interaction, which overshadowed the otherwise decent room comfort. The nearby eateries offered convenient dining options. For allergy-prone guests, confirm room cleanliness before settling in to ensure a pleasant stay.

I checked into Woodspring Suites in Tamarac, needing a place while my condo was being prepped. The room had everything I needed, but the overall experience lacked consistency. I managed to extend my stay with no issues at first, and the staff at the front desk seemed polite then. But things took a turn later. The staff at the front desk were unprofessional on multiple occasions, and I felt very uncomfortable when one assistant manager yelled at me about my balance in front of other guests. My items were removed from my room without any prior notification, and seeing my belongings in trash bags behind the desk was humiliating. They should have better communication and ensure staff training on customer service. Basic hotel amenities like blow dryers should be in every room instead of having to request them. Another serious letdown was the cleanliness. I noticed unpleasant odors in the hallways, and the lack of proper cleaning protocols left much to be desired. The room itself felt sparse and didn't have the inviting feel I hoped for. I left feeling disappointed and embarrassed .

This place served as a great base for my travel needs, with comfortable beds, lovely rooms, and friendly staff, all set in a convenient commercial location.
